» a proven track record in instruction, appropriate qualification, or experience in a field which provides them with transferable skills

» offer stable availability
» are in Australia, and have appropriate work permits (overseas applicants hoping to obtain support for a work visa need not apply)
» willing to undergo an initial unpaid training as part of the screening process
