Berlitz Business Plus

A variety of short courses specifically designed for Pre-Intermediate and Intermediate level business English students. The courses are focused on the communication and listening skills required for each of the major skills typically required at work.

Telephone (answering, making the first call, messages, appointments, handling complaints, being courteous, agreeing or disagreeing,
ending the call, etc)

Meetings (calling a meeting, opening, expressing thoughts,
handling difficulties, closing)

Negotiations (preparing, opening, listening, bargaining, closing)

Presentations (opening, the body, supporting and closing,

The Berlitz Business Reader is a program aimed at the intermediate level student who is studying English for use in the business world.  The major objective of the Berlitz Business Reader Program is to provide opportunities to increase the student’s knowledge of business vocabulary through a company case study that covers all aspects of the development and production of a new product (research and development, marketing, manufacturing, etc). A secondary objective is to develop student ability to extract information from written material.
