How long will it take to reach a specific level?
The rate of progress is affected by several factors:
Frequency and intensity of instruction - The higher the booking frequency, the less time that will be spent reviewing and the more time that will be spent going forward
Effort - Our instructors will motivate and inspire you into putting the effort required to learn a new language, but half of the motivation and effort must come from the student
Aptitude - Different learners have different learning styles, something that our instructors are adept at handling in class
The pacing below is based on averages, and specially applicable to lower levels (1 to 3). Pacing for higher level students may differ according to student's needs.
Private lessons: 20 - 30 lessons per level*
Semi-Private Lessons: 40 - 50 lessons per level*
Total Immersion: 3 days*
Groups:
Weekly 1hr 30 mins 24 weeks
Weekly 2 hrs15 mins 16 weeks
Weekly 3'00" 12 weeks.
*Based on a regular attendance of at least twice a week, aptitude, and due diligence.
